SMCC are able to offer a number of modular EV charging platforms that allows you to take charge of your EV chargers.

Our cloud-based EV charging platforms give you access to operations, energy management and revenue systems, allowing your chargers to effectively drive a profit. Once installed, this back end system allows you to change core settings with a click of a button.

The systems help your team and our EV charging specialists to monitor and maintain your EV chargers. If something isn’t working quite right, it gives you the troubleshooting tools you need to get your EV charging system back up and running.

If you have a more complex problem to troubleshoot, our EV charging specialists will also have remote access to your EV charging platform system. Then, if we notice something isn’t quite right, we will be able to fix minor issues remotely, saving you time and letting your chargers continue to drive a profit.

We’re proud to be partners with our back office teams, and can install or retrofit this software into all OCPP 1.6 chargers.

CHARGERS WITH EV CHARGECARE

  • Maximum 72 working hour response time for EV charger failures or site attendance where required*

  • Scheduled test and service per charger each year, as well as an EV charger annual inspection (options for more regular visits)

  • Call outs included* where remote assistance does not solve the issue. This is subject to our terms and conditions and includes standard working hours.

  • Monthly report on usage, revenue and issues per charger. Charger updated with the latest firmware available, remotely managed where applicable.

  • Back office systems monitored out of hours (standard hours 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday)

  • Annual maintenance visit, with certificate issued on all work carried out
